DESCRIPTION 
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 4 varying projects. 

Essential Functions: 
This Program Manager develops/defines, publishes, and executes project plans including, work plans and schedules, budgets, and deliverable/responsibility matrices. 
This individual also identifies needed resources, defines roles and responsibilities, and arranges for assignments of key project participants. 
Further responsibilities include balancing schedules, scope, and budget; renegotiating with sponsor as necessary; and performing variance analyses. 
Additional duties involve reporting on task and deliverable completions and budget expenditures, executing communication plans, and communicating critical paths and mitigating risks to implementation. 
The individual in this position coordinates, facilitates, and monitors project milestones and budgets for assigned projects, and coordinates and leads cross-functional IT teams to deliver the projects.

REQUIREMENTS: 
5 -7+ years Project/Program Management experience in managing large implementation and business projects. 
BA/BS from an accredited university, preferably in Business and/or Technology 
Proven oral and written communication skills. 
MUST have PMP certification 
MUST have MSTC certification 
NO Telecommuting 
Experience with communicating with Executive Level Leaders 
Significant experience with creating/tracking project forecasts and budgets 
Experience with leading high performance teams 
Experience with engaging vendors to solution projects, and managing vendor deliverables. 
Experience with developing and analysing business requirements for the purpose of determining the solution needs of the business.
