IT Professional Services Procurement Specialist is required by an international company in the supply management environment that coordinates the operational, tactical and strategic purchasing of goods and services for others in three continents and ensures. As an independent, international company with headquarters in Switzerland and offices in London, New York and Singapore you will gain comprehensive end-to-end experenc with national and international companies.
This is an URGENT REQUIRMENT!
The range Tactical/Strategic Procurement is the primary interface between suppliers and carriers demand of our customers. Within our regional teams, with a focus on Information Technology to support local and international procurement initiatives .
IT Professional Services Procurement Specialist 100 %
Its main tasks:
* Independent coordination and control of procurement initiatives in the area of IT Professional Services, IT Outsourcing & Offshoring
* control and execution of tenders (RFI, RFQ and RFP), in close cooperation with internal and external partners
* Contract preparation and coordination of commercial, technical and legal aspects with the relevant contacts
* Automatic negotiation and completion of national and international IT Professional Service Contracts
* Participation in complex procurement projects in the field of IT Outsourcing & Offshoring
What to bring:
* University degree in business or technical field
* Several years of shopping experience in an international corporate environment with respect to IT professional services and ideally, IT Outsourcing & Offshoring
* Relevant experience in Procurement/Sourcing, based on fundamental principles, contract law, negotiations, competition etc.
* Affinity for Information Technology in the global business environment
* Excellent oral and written language skills in GERMAN AND ENGLISH
* Service-oriented, assertiveness and negotiation skills
* Working knowledge of procurement systems
* Sound knowledge of MS Office
