IT Procurement Coordinator

This is a great opportunity for a IT Coordinator with 1 - 2 years experience within Procurement or Asset Management to join a family friendly European Bank.

PROCUREMENT

- Management of all IT related procurement requests
- Management of quotes from agreed suppliers
- Raising all required paperwork and ensuring authorisation
- Tracking deliveries and related invoices
- Contract Management

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

- Liaising with Finance on IT related invoicing
- Track contracts and invoices
- Report and ensure internal IT service are recharged
- Budget tracking and allocation
- Tracking Telecommunications invoicing and billing

SERVICE ASSET AND CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT

- Driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the ITIL Processes
- Producing management information
- Creating Management reports
- Execution of verifications/audit

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

- Tracking contracts and services
- Service Review Meetings
- Involved in RFP for contract renewals

ESSENTIAL

- Procurement and Contract Management
- Budget and financial management
- Understanding ITIL Principles
- Management of asset or configuration management databases (CMDB)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Telecommunication Billing ie. BT, Vodafone, Colt
- Understanding of Market Data Invoices
