IT PROCESSES ADMINISTRATOR

BRINE SA is currently seeking an IT Processes Administrator for our client in Basel.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

To execute predefined processes in the areas of:

- Primary executor of local IT rep processes
- Backup for PC life cycle replacement scheduling (PCLCM) processes
- Backup service support on non-standard solutions
- Execution of some Service Desk ticket monitoring processes.

The role is initially for six months with the possibility of an extension to 18 months.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, who is organised and who has good soft skills as the role involves working with users.

They will have experience in operating computer based processes. They will have some technical understanding, perhaps from working on an IT support desk.

Technical training will be given as needed. The role is a full time role however candidates wishing to work part time (80%) will be considered.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE/KNOWLEDGE:

-

Understand the local IT representative processes and execute them in a timely fashion including management of users and user expectations.

Understand the approach to PC Lifecycle Scheduling and to execute the scheduling processes as needed.
-

Become familiar with the portfolio of Non-Standard Support services we offer and provide service support and first line incident management as needed.

Processes are executed accurately and to time.
-

Incidents are fixed in a timely manner

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education qualifications - Matura, Baccalaureate etc.

Experience/interest in IT, preferably in support. Minimum 1 year IT based support work, familiar working with interfaces to databases and updating data etc.

START: ASAP

DURATION: 6 months + possible extension

PERMITS REQUIRED: EU citizen or valid work permit

WORKLOAD: 80-100%
