MY DUTIES:

- Management of SM&I processes and monitoring of critical SM&I milestones
- Regular reporting to the Steering Committee by the overarching SM&I organisation, external partners and stakeholders
- Management and coordination of the parties concerned (internal and external)
- Maintenance and execution of service management and integration plans and strategies (SM&I) - in line with the IT strategy

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- In-depth project experience in IT Service Management
- Profound expertise with SM&I processes, taking into account the strategic guidelines of the client and its management committees
- Proficient expertise in process optimization
- Senior Consultant for Service Management and Integration
- Extensive experience in the energy or utility sector
- Structured and strategic approach
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written (both project languages)
- Travel to UK/Sweden depending on current situation (5% travel share)
