IT Process Engineer

For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for an IT PROCESS ENGINEER. The IT Process Engineer assists the process owner in the execution of the defined processes, including the proposal for improvements, the measurement of the related KPI, the training of the process users

TASKS

- Assist Process Owner(s) in defining Processes and Procedures
- Review Process maturity
- Identify Process improvements
- Make recommendations to implement Process improvements
- Provide directions to Process users
- Provide training about Process concepts and solutions
- Communicate as required to the Process Owner(s)
- Assist Process users (Service Delivery Managers, Change Managers, developers ) in the execution of the Processes
- Build Procedures and Work Instructions to execute the Processes
- Measure Process execution
- Report on Process execution

MUST HAVE (KNOCK OUT CRITERIA)

- Master's degree or equivalent through experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Certification in ITIL or Software development methods
- Knowledge of CMMI is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- For infrastructure related processes, excellent knowledge of ITIL related processes and best practices (ITIL Foundation certification is required, ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Service Manager is a very strong advantage)
- For software development related processes, excellent knowledge of Waterfall and AGILE software development methods (certification in AGILE methods is a plus) from business analysis to software deployment activities
