Je functie: Context of the mission
The entity 'BOO Processes' is responsible for the definition and roll-out of the IT processes.
For the further improvement and implementation of our test processes - based on TMAP - we are currently looking for:
? An IT Process Analyst with focus on testing.
Objective of the job
The objective of the job is:
- To collect best practices from the field
- Analyse these 'best practices', by referring to market test methodologies (TMAP, ISTQB, ..) and to previously defined processes and practices.
- Model and validate with IT staff and management Implement on the field.
Mission period
Start date: 15/10/2014
Duration: 12 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
Localisation
Brussels centre.
Je profiel: Required Knowledge and Experience
Language requirement
English : Good
*Dutch and French (One fluent, the other one good at least)
Level of education required
A master's degree or equivalent by experience.

? Capable of working autonomously and in a team
? Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
? Excellent planning & prioritization skills
? Strong analytical skills
? Having an eye for details
? Critical thinker

? Min. 3 years of professional experience in testing - Test management, organization and execution

? Practical experience in Software testing , as:
? Creation and management of test strategies, test plans & test scripts
? Execution of test scripts in a rigorous way

? Looking continuously for improvement of processes

? Experience with automating test scripts would be a plus
? Experience in HP tools supporting test process (HPQC, HP UFT)
