As a Process Analyst you will employ a variety of measures to maintain an effective and efficient organisational process framework with a set of related methodologies.

Establish an effective measurement framework for IT based on industry best practices that help in measuring Scope, Cost, Schedule and Quality (quantitatively).

Assist the IT/Quality team in identifying appropriate standard performance measures, metrics, KPIs (Key performance Indicators) and organization targets as appropriate for all the processes.

Focus on the process improvements to drive preventive actions instead of reactive.

You must have a minimum of 8 years in leading process definition, facilitation and improvement activities.

Should have a fair knowledge of industry standards like ISO, CMMI, COBIT
