Our client is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to document IT processes and procedures for Service Management and Portfolio/Project Management within a dedicated and established team.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience implementing an IT Project Portfolio and/or Project delivery function in a PRINCE2 environment
- Proven experience establishing a Configuration Management Database
- Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate process design and methods
- Experience in designing, documenting and publishing procedural documentation for IT service and project management including flow chart and cross-functional representations of process
- Demonstrated experience with extracting data from processing systems and present the data in reports for management information
- Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel
