IT Problem Manager/Incident Manager - Geneva - Banking

Projektbeschreibung

Our client, a major private bank based in Geneva, is currently looking for a Problem Manager to ensure problem tickets are opened, followed up and drove to closure when required.

You will also have the following responsibilities:

- Understand problems on a basic level (at least) in order to use the appropriate competences (resources).
- Drive technical teams to work and close any problem that would be opened
- Understand the functionality of multiple areas (SAN, Core Network, Operating Systems)
- Provide reporting on Problem Management
- Comply, operate and leverage the Bank's security framework and conform to the published security applications RACI Matrix provided to all stakeholders.
- Show an awareness of the criticality of being security conscious at all times and in all aspects of work in order to protect the Bank from security related vulnerabilities and exploits.

Main requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years experience in a service operation position in a complex/dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge in Infrastructure, Servers and software development.
- Must have a strong experience of implementing Incident Management/Problem Management.
- Familiar to the banking/finance area.
- Must be fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
