For a client project within a Pharma company based in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced

IT PMO - PHARMA/R&D (5155)

The ideal candidate will support the IT Project Managers to perform project planning, monitor and control activities. You will ensure that all the Project Management deliverables are reviewed and actions are taken (as necessary) by relevant stakeholders in order to achieve project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- MINIMUM 5+ YEARS OF IT PMO EXPERIENCE WITHIN PHARMA/R&D
- EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
- WELL VERSED WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS AND FRAMEWORKS
- Ideally experience with GxP/Regulated/LS environment
- Experience in pharma validation cycle and CSV methodology, labs applications like LIMS, CDS,ELN etc experience also a plus
- BUSINESS FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND ANY ADDITIONAL EUROPEAN LANGUAGE IS A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide hands on support to Project Managers on project planning activities which includes scope definition, effort estimation, budgeting and resource planning
- Support project progress reviews and ensure that actions are taken as necessary to achieve project objectives
- Ensuring risks and issues are identified, tracked for actions/mitigation
- Facilitate Project Managers on changes in the client specific process framework related to PM tasks
- Provide support to conduct all project review meetings and action plan recording and tracking for closure.
