IT PM for HR Automation wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Prior experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Human Resources or in the pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent Management skills with involvement in large and complex projects
- Profound knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow
- Ability to manage autonomously in complex organisations
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Planning, directing and coordinating the process of the project regarding time, cost, scope, quality and risk
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes with focus on control enhancements, efficiency and effectiveness
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
