IT Perimeter Security Co-Ordinator

BACKGROUND TO ENGAGEMENT
The jobholder will support the technical and operational Perimeter Security team in order to provide a quality service to all the customers of IT.

SCOPE OF WORK
* Acting as a point of contact between perimeter security teams & customers, maintaining excellent communication. Monitor and respond within SLA (Service Level Agreement) supporting team activtity requests from the business.. Attend meetings and assist with coordination and determination of project requirements. Assist in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, quotes, reviews, budgets and schedules. Track the progress and quality of work being performed by security subject matter experts.. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. Track & manage changes to requests and requirements from customers. Prepare completion documentation and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained. Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as an when required

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE EXPECTED
* Experience supporting teams in the delivery of IT projects and Operations. Proficient in MS Office Suite of products. Effective communication skills including verbal & written. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment. Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

The Perimeter Security Co-ordinator will provide Perimeter Security support ensuring the delivery of services to its customers ensuring compliance with procedure and meeting associated SLA's.
