IT PERFORMANCE ANALYST - ARABIC SPEAKING

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a IT Performance Analyst based in Riyadh

JOB SUMMARY

The IT Performance Analyst (ITPA) is responsible to define, monitor and measure relevant performance metrics to assess the IT performance overall Client. ITPA is responsible to identify the relevant IT Measurement and mechanism to collect, analyze and report to IT management. In addition, is responsible to design, implement and maintain IT Balance Scorecard or Dashboard.

IN SUMMARY, ITPM WILL NEED TO:

Define metrics and KPI to measure the internal IT performance
Define data source and how data must be collected, assigning related responsibilities/accountabilities
Collect, aggregate and analyze data to evaluate Client IT Performance
Serve as point of contact within IT for defining Service/Operational Levels
Liaise with each area to source information to create service level reports
Define initiatives for possible service improvements
Proactively raise alert in case of low IT performance
Implement and maintain a Performance Management tool, used to identify Client IT weaknesses and supports communication and decision-making processes
Provide IT performance reports to Client management
Design and implement an IT Balanced Scorecard/Dashboard
Communicate IT performance to defined IT stakeholder

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

IT PERFORMANCE & METRICS MANAGEMENT

Define data source, how data must be collected and in which format must be provided
Define responsible/accountable for data collection within each IT units
Propose different actions and alternatives to improve key indicators
Works with IT Workforce Manager to translate personal objectives into IT metrics
Support the IT Workforce Manager in defining IT resources annual performance
Act as point of contact for external IT and Security audits, collecting the information from other functional areas and submitting it to the requestor in a standardized and homogeneous way

COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

Report periodically to IT management on Client IT Performance
Give support to external communication actions

MONITORING & REPORTING

Coordinate and aggregate all information from different IT reports
Establish a process or dynamic to ensure information is measurable and obtained in adequate format, time and quality/reliability, without any manipulation
Design and lead IT Balanced Scorecard/Dashboard implementation
Periodically verify data correctness
Provide standardized or ad hoc report on demand
Establish an alarm system to manage risks and to anticipate potential deviations according to performance metrics
