IT Outsourcing Sales Exec

Vacancy Summary:

* Base Region: South England
* Travel Requirements: 50-60%
* Office Home office or/and one of regional bases
* Job Type: Permanent

The Role:

* Identify leads and opportunities via cold-calling, networking, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targeted markets and sectors.
* Attract new accounts, develop leads into pursuits and close sales.
* Gain knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
* Responsible for meeting revenue targets and achieving annual growth.
* Grow business for key named accounts, as well as green field sites.
* Quote prices, credit terms or other bid specifications.
* Gather, lead, drive internal approvals for all deals as established by the management board.
* Ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained.
* Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service level agreements.
* Support the development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clients.
* Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical requirements and solutions.
* Be a single point-of-contact for Company IT Outsourcing services.
* Represent the Company at executive-level events.
* Build and maintain an effective relationship with C-level executives, decision-makers and primary influencers in the client organisation.
* Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
* Work with the Marketing and Pre-Sales teams to generate campaign ideas and to then use these leads to execute a sale.

The Candidate:

* Excellent academic achievements.
* 5+ years track record of success in selling IT outsourcing services with a consistent record of client acquisition and over-achievement of sales targets.
* Consultative sales approach and account management experience within the IT Services/Outsourcing sector.
* The candidate should be goal-oriented with top sales ranking, awards and achievement recognition.
* The role holder will be an accepted leader with the ability to achieve and drive performance.
* Excellent negotiating and sales closing skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* P&L management experience in an IT services/outsourcing environment.
* A good general network of contacts within key verticals would be advantageous.

The Money:

Excellent remuneration package, with uncapped commission and £100k OTE.
