IT Outsourcing Procurement Consutlant

telecommunications background in the IT outsourcing procurement;

Work experience: 12 years above

1 ) Working with ITO Category Manager mainly but not limited to below task:

1.1 Make procurement strategy for ITO Project.

1.2 optimize ITO procurement model.

1.3 ITO outsourcing resource development.

1.4 ITO category cost management.

2 ) Working scope includes but not limited to:

2.1 ITO project pre-sale support

2.2 Procurement work during ITO project delivery

2.3 ITO procurement capability development.

3. Qualification:

1) At least 3-year work experience as expert or senior manager or above position in leading IT company ( IT solution sales, IT solution development, IT Project management, or other similar position)

2) Knowledge about OSS/BSS system. Familiar with IT infrastructure, software and hardware, including popular hardware (minicomputer, server, storage equipment, network equipment), popular system software (Operation system, database) and popular application software etc.

3) Strong coordination, communication, negotiation and project management capabilities in complex or cross functional environment. Good insight and comprehension. Open-minded. Good at systematical analysis.

4) Leading telecom company working experience and/or strategic alliance management experience is preferred
