- Optimize IT service outsourcing procurement model.
- IT service outsourcing resource development, category cost management and procurement capability development.
- IT service outsourcing project pre-sale support
- Procurement work during IT service outsourcing project delivery
- At least 12 years work experience in a leading IT company
- Strong IT service outsourcing procurement experience
- Familiar with OSS/BSS systems, IT infrastructure, software, hardware (server, storage equipment, network equipment etc) and application software
- Strong coordination, communication, negotiation and project management capabilities in complex or cross functional environment.
- Leading telecom company working experience and/or strategic alliance management experience is preferred
