IT Ops Engineer - Devops/Open Source/Innovative

For one of my clients, an innovative worldwide finance institution, based in Amsterdam, I'm looking for an IT Ops Engineer. In this role you will be a part of the team responsible for facilitating the infrastructure for the rest of the organisation. You will be working in an Agile environment and you will be expected to have experience with Infrastructure as a Code.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT

- Has excellent knowledge of Linux RedHat (RHEL 6+)
- Infrastructure as a Code is something you are comfortable with
- Preferably has experience with Docker
- Is experienced with Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Sonar, Ganglia, Nagios, Graphite, JMeter

THE JOB

- Have you got experience with monitoring and supporting a production environment?
- Are you a proven hero with automating installation and integration of components?
- Is capacity management of DB's and filesystems no problem for you?
- Do you own backup/restore and disaster recovery processes?
- Are you able to analyse and tune performance?
- Can you help in evolving to preventive monitoring?
