Tasks:
- Monitoring of system and network operation
- 1st/2nd level support with interventions in the event of a malfunction in 24x7 shifts

- Communication with major customers and engaging in escalating cases
Requirements:
- Experience in IT Support
- Experience in network infrastructure (IP, voice, etc.)
- Readiness for shift work
