IT Operations Specialist

We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist on a Fixed Term Contract until October 2015, based in Gatwick, to provide functional expertise to the current business application landscape and to ensure business continuity and operational efficiencies. Our Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and driven IT Operations Specialist who is able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates. You'll be able to rapidly build strong, working relationships with lots of different, key stakeholders in Nespresso. Ideally, you'll have experience of working with large organisations within the FMCG sector, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

For this role as IT Operations Specialist you'll be an experienced IT Operations Specialist (or similar) with a strong knowledge of SAP, computer hardware, networking, software & servers. You will be accountable for service availability, efficient management of resources and the optimisation of system performance through prediction of future performance and capacity requirement.

In this role as IT Operations Specialist we'll need you to analyse, define and implement interfaces between business applications to provide integrated solutions. By managing and increasing the effectiveness of departments through improvements of ach function as well as coordinator and communication between support and business functions you will be helping to drive Nespresso forward.

You'll be able to demonstrate a strong ability to identify, analyse and solve problems. Within the role you will be adaptable, analytical and resolve multiple tasks.
