About the role
- Solve incidents on monitoring infrastructure
- Root cause analysis of problems in monitoring solutions
- Execute the standard enterprise processes (CMDB, ITIL processes)
- Write/Update Technical Documentation about the implementation of Tivolies Monitoring products at I&O
- Participate to on-call process.

My client is an international financial services company who is looking for an IT Operations Officer Service Management who will be located in Brussels
