IT Operations Analyst

Our direct, Fortune 500 client is in need of a class of THREE (3) Tier 2 Desktop Support analysts at their location in Cleveland, OH. These are contract positions with extensions highly likely. This is a second shift/4 x 10 position (Sun to Web or Web to Sat, 11am to 10 pm)
- Assist in the resolution of any incidents or requests related to our Voice and Data Network, Server, Client PC and Mainframe environments- Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper Routers/Switches REQUIRED!
- Utilize knowledge of the mentioned environments in order to assist internal customers.
- Resolve hardware/software issues, installation of new products, providing technical service to customers, equipment pickups, fulfilling basic service requests, etc.
- Ensure the health and 100% availability of our systems by assisting in the resolution of any incidents or requests impacting outages in our voice and data network, server, client PC and Mainframe environments.
- Must be able to work independently and possess the needed knowledge to handle a wide range of IT responsibilities and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- This role does include a physical component as it may require installation and movement of IT related equipment. May also include travel between buildings in the Mayfield vicinity to order service equipment and requests.

- Routers/Switches (Cisco and/or Juniper)
- Cisco IOS and/or Junos OS
- Network Analysis

- Windows Server 2000-2012
- VMWare (5.1)
