IT OPERATIONS ANALYST
TASKS/JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide support to IT mission critical applications within the environment and to ensure that maximum service level is provided to customers on a 24 hour basis.
- Support the production environment 24/7 and will solve business and IT problems with innovative solutions to ensure that a maximum service level is provided to Customers on a 24 hour basis
- Implement, integrate and support third party software as well as internally developed applications within the IT production environments
- Analyse problems and resolve issues during shift work and will perform monitoring, tuning and optimisation of performance of in-house IT applications whilst ensuring maximum availability and service to customers
- Ensure the integrity of the production environment and will implement upgrades or new products that are critical for the daily operational business
QUALIFICATIONSbasic knowledge of Java, Object Oriented programming
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role, service-oriented attitude and attention to detail
ADDITIONAL SKILLS (CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE):
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Additional languages will be an asset
- A previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
