Job description
The IT Operation Analyst will perform the daily, weekly and monthly operational activities which includes system monitoring, execution, deployment and reporting.

The consultant will control, manage, schedule and execute batch jobs in accordance with the job schedules provided, but more than simply "monitoring," the consultant must be sufficiently pro-active to investigate incidents, perform system status checks, manage backups, etc.

They must ensure timely reporting, and produce professional incident and system documentation. They should have knowhow on applications including Lotus Notes, Jboss Middleware and SQL.

Responsibilities
Participate in regular Change Request Board meetings, providing analysis
Collaborate with Application maintenance team for diverse application support
Execute routine operational activities including system availability and system status checks, as well as management of batchs & backups
Provide project support including deployment and adhoc requests
Act as a single point of contact for IT Operations in France

Skills
Proven knowledge on ITIL and related operations support process
Lotus Notes
Jboss Middleware
SQL

Mandatory requirements
FRENCH and English speaking role
