It is essential that you have proven experience supporting large globally recognised organisations with recruitment of IT roles. Strong communication and organisational skills are paramount, as you will be coordinating with senior managers and stakeholders within the business. It is important that your experience transcends beyond working with agencies and that you have experience that has concentrated on external sourcing. The ideal candidate will also have experience recruiting outside the normal means mainly by the use of social media. This is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a top client.
