Our client is a highly regarded and expanding international finance company with an enviable reputation in the market place. With their increasing workload they are looking for an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to work within their central IT team, working closely with the Project Management office.

As an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR in the IT department you will be working in a busy, fast moving environment and will work closely with the managers and technical staff to ensure the department is run in an effective manner.

Experience and requirements for this role are as follows:

- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATION ROLE, PREFERABLY IN AN IT DEPARTMENT
- Experience of working with leavers and joiners/HR Experience
- Organising meetings/diaries for several individuals
- Capable of working on own initiative with a proactive and organised approach
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office packages, in particular Word and Excel
- Good team player
- Available for immediate start
- LOCATED WITHIN A 30 MINUTE COMMUTE OF SLOUGH

This role is located just west of Slough and is an immediate start with an initial 3 month term with likely extensions well into 2015 for the right candidate.
