IT Network Engineer (Global Client)

Edelway is a Swiss IT services company with a Pan-European presence. Our multinational client based in Lausanne/Geneva area is now looking for Network Engineer to join them on a long term basis (12 months +).

Start: ASAP (February 2016 latest)

The role:

*Administration, support and maintenance operations of network, data and security infrastructures
*Administration, support and maintenance operations of Wireless environment
*Administration, support and maintenance operations of Video conference system environment
*Administration, support and maintenance operations of Remote and mobile access solutions
*Perform technical implementations, infrastructure support and analysis
*Maintain data centre and global operations to ensure services in a complex technical environment
*Providing technical support to the IT community for projects, implementation and management of existing and new technologies

Your profile:

*University first degree (US Bachelors or equivalent)
*CCNP or CCNA minimum requirements, strong knowledge in Aruba technology or Juniper Firewalls devices
*Minimum of 2 years working with projects, networks and systems in an enterprise environment
*Technical knowledge of security technologies on the following devices is a must: Juniper SSG/SRX series, Aruba controllers
*Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory, DNS, NetBIOS/WINS and TCP/IP Networking in a multi-site environment is a must
*Good technical knowledge of telecommunications technologies: Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches is a must. PBX equipment, QOS is a nice to have.
*Technical knowledge of data infrastructure components including hardware, software, operating systems and LAN's. Exchange 2010 and VMWare is a nice to have.
*Experience in Wifi and VOIP implementations (Aruba or Cisco) is a must
*Fluent in English
