IT Modernisation Business Analyst

A great opportunity has arisen for a bright, proactive individual to work as an IT Modernisation Business Analyst within the Nuclear Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to the Modernisation team to upgrade Sellafield Desktop software & hardware.

Your key responsibilities will include the following:

* Analysis of user requirements,. Ensure solution is deployed in the most effective manner, whilst maintaining the user's ability to continue to conduct their role within the organisation

The role would suit a candidate with the following experience:

* Experience of working in a business change/improvement environment. Knowledge of a number of business process areas. Knowledge of a number of business information systems. Knowledge of requirements capture techniques (eg process and data analysis). Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. An ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
