IT Marketing Operations Analyst

Due to increased IT marketing requirements, our client a leading global outsourcing business has a 12mth contract requirement for an experienced IT Marketing Support Analyst.

THE KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Reporting to the Country Marketing Leader (CML), the Marketing Operations Manager will focus on developing, managing and executing operational processes and task to support in the execution of best of breed marketing plans and projects. Responsibility to facilitate and building working relationships with internal stakeholders and functions including: Finance, APJ Alliance Operations, APJ Marketing Operations, Category Business Analysts, Segment Marketing teams.

- Execute and streamline marketing workflows through automation, marketing operations management, ROMI Reporting
- Build and Maintain Marketing Dashboard and reporting of marketing operational metrics relating to data from various sources
- Develop key process to support implementation of programs
- Provide view into process changes/automation resulting in increased efficiency and visibility
- Align internal operational management (APJ Alliance & APJ Marketing Operations)
- Work with Segment Marketing Leads to scope, build and execute new process to measure campaign results
- Drive and own the development of Campaign ROMI driving to support marketing investment, ensuring marketing efforts executed by the Segment Marketing Lead are accurately reported
- Manage Alliance Funding Utilisation, Tracking a Proof of Execution & Claiming is done on time
