IT Manager - Retail - £50 - 60,000

I am currently working with a leading retailer who are looking for an experienced IT Manager to provide IT customer relationship management, understanding and championing customer IT requirements to deliver a portfolio of viable options and solutions to deliver the customer's strategy.

The role will be based in Central London but travel will be required.

Essentials for this position includes - - Extensive experience in Stakeholder Management
- Extensive experience in a Change management environment
- Retail background is essential
- Ability to explain complex and/or technical issues clearly and accurately in simple terms
- High level of understanding of technologies/systems/practices used in a retail environment.

Desirables include - - eCommerce Background
- Effective management of matrix managed teams
- Proven delivery track record of relevant change projects/programmes specific to the customer business area.
