IT Manager PMO (m/f/g)

hr Services GmbH is an IT personnel service provider based in Würzburg and is part of HOCH.REIN GROUP. The Group is a globally active, medium-sized Holding Company. Our Field of Activity includes technology, energy, the Future and Innovation. For one of our Customer at the Düsseldorf Site, we are looking for an IT Manager PMO (m/f/g) for a Project in Compton House, UK at the next possible time.

Your tasks:

Management to enable successful delivery of project(s) - the project activities will be managed
-

Project Goal: Transition of applications from one Data Centre to another
-

Documentation and tracking of risk, issues etc.
-

Preparation and management of project meetings
-

Financial governance within scope of project
-

Other project duties as required to enable successful delivery - they are indeed ad-hoc tasks as needed by the project -
-

Managing a team of people / suppliers who will do technical changes to some applications to re-host / move to a new Data Centre / SaaS
-

There will be very occasional travel to meet the stakeholders – depending on the application affected this could be Sweden, Germany, UK – most activity will be done via Video or audio-conference

Key Skill Requirements:

-

flexibility and experience in working under pressure

very good analytical, organizational and strong communication skills
-

experience as PMO
-

Good understanding the role of IT towards Business with regards to IT and overall business dependencies

Experience in IT demerger / carve out projects
-

International Project Management skills
-

Language(s): English (fluent), German (fluent)
