Unlimited permanent position directly at our client

Key skills:

-Provide strategic leadership on the long-term BI roadmap and lead development activities in support of the transformation to SAP HANA
-Deliver a quality, reliable BI service to the business and an active portfolio of BI project initiatives
-Manage business relationships and continue to improve the communication between all involved parties, such as management, BPOs, business partners and users
-Identify and apply best practice to BI service delivery to drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, incident resolution and business communication
-Evolve an operating model that delivers operational excellence and develops services to meet business demand -Manage vendor relationships and hold to account for delivery of contractual obligations
-Engage as an active team leader across the multi-functional business and IT organization including Finance, Sales, Service, Rental, Manufacturing, Distribution and Quality
-Coach, mentor and develop talent within the BI team and recruit and hire top talent as needed -Develop and maintain key metrics for platforms in your assigned portfolio, such as program delivery, budget, tool performance, SLAs, business satisfaction

Your profile:

-Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field
-Deep understanding of business intelligence and analytics technologies and best practice
-Prior experience in the BI and analytics of global SAP implementations
-Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver executable action plans with a positive ROI
-Demonstrated experience driving significant transformational and operational change
-Experience building organizational alignment and executive support for a worldwide BI vision and transformation
-Experience in building and managing a BI and Analytics team
-Proven ability to attract, lead and grow talent
-Strong strategic and business mind-set -Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
-Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-Business Fluent in Gernan and English
