Projektbeschreibung
IT Manager required to work on site at a large manufacturer based in Ploiesti, Romania. The IT manager is to be the point of contact for IT needs and lead complex service management activities and operations to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. Candidates are required to be bi-lingual Romanian and English speakers.
The rate will be €2000 Gross Pay per month, on a two year contract.
Responsibilities:
Provides leadership support for resources and assists in defining roles, responsibilities, and functional team structures.
Assists in the activities and interfaces for service strategy, design and transition; identifies and evaluates service improvement opportunities and changes with customers.
Maintains a strong understanding for the customers' business and develops productive working relationships throughout the organization.
Responsible for leading, monitoring and reporting on service operations; metrics, capacity, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Acts as a functional and hierarchical escalation point for all customer and team issues. Accountable for interfacing and coordinating the resolution of issues.
Ensures that service levels in connection with services and projects are maintained and achieved at the expected quality agreed upon with customers at a high level of satisfaction.
Regularly interface with customers to gather information, troubleshoot problems and coordinate site activities.
Coordinate with various support vendors and internal IT services for assisting with the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and testing for site infrastructure equipment, including; network, desktop/laptop, Servers, printers and other peripherals.
Adapts to customers' processes and methods and adopts approaches to align to current and future business needs.
Balance multiple priorities and be able to adjust to changing work demands and shifting focus.
Qualifications:
Lead infrastructure operations, support and/or delivery teams preferred.
Provide "hands-on" infrastructure support, including; network, Servers, desktops and related peripherals.
PMP, ITIL, and Six Sigma experience, training and certification highly desirable.
Innovative creativity with the ability to apply a wide range of technical and/or management principles.
Must have written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience interacting and coordinating efforts at multiple levels throughout an organization.
Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Understanding of timelines, milestones, and deliverable due dates with a strong bias for action and customer focus.
