A Top 5 Medical Device company based in the German region of Switzerland are looking for an IT internal controls coordinator (Compliance) to join their IT project on a contract basis.
The Client are looking for an assistant to help monitor, track and manage the execution of those control activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Tracks and monitors that IT internal controls are executed according to predefined schedule.
Escalates late executions.
Performs formal control testing according to predefined acceptance criteria and based on 2014 SOX test planning
Captures and retain adequate evidence of control execution and test results
Assist in execution of various IT controls
Assist in writing documentation and other administrative tasks for IT Risk Assurance team
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Good documentation skills (English, German)
Planning & Tracking skills
Methodic, organized and willing to learn
Capacity to work in a complex and changing environment is required
Working knowledge of IT and Compliance activities is required
Working knowledge of regulated industry requirements is preferred
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
