IT Internal Controls Coordinator

For a 7 month project with our customer in Solothurn, we are looking ASAP for an IT Project Assistant/Internal Controls Co-ordinator

Our customer is looking for a German and English speaking assistant to help monitor, track and manage the execution of control activities.

Tasks:

- Tracks and monitors that IT internal controls are executed according to predefined schedule
- Escalates late executions
- Performs formal control testing according to predefined acceptance criteria and based on 2014 SOX test planning
- Captures and retain adequate evidence of control execution and test results
- Assists in execution of various IT controls
- Assists in writing documentation and other administrative tasks for IT Risk Assurance team

Requirements:

- Fluent in both German and English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good documentation skills (English, German)
- Planning & Tracking skills
- Methodic, organized and willing to learn
- Capacity to work in a complex and changing environment is required
- Working knowledge of IT and Compliance activities is required
- Working knowledge of IT and Compliance activities is required
- Working knowledge of regulated industry requirements is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
