IT Infrastructure Support Analyst

YOH has a contract opportunity for an IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ANALYST to join our client in CHARLOTTE NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the IT infrastructure team in addressing software issues on company systems.
- Assist in building, deploying, managing and supporting large MS Products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical specifications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have several years of experience with Windows Server Administration, administrative experience with any other Microsoft applications, such as Exchange, AD, SQL would be a plus.
- Must have several years of experience with Microsoft Operations Manager 2005, System Center Operations Manager 2007 and at least one (1) year experience with System Center Operations Manager 2012.
- Experience with deploying and developing management packs for Microsoft products (Exchange, SQL, AD, OCS, etc.) and other applications.
- Familiarity with other monitoring products and tools such as HP Operations Manager, various BMC and CA tools would be a plus.
- Scripting experience with VBScript, Powershell, and Perl.
- XML familiarity or coding experience is a plus.
