JOB DESCRIPTION
As an infrastructure specialist, you'll focus on project initiation in collaboration with service owners. You'll get approval of the projects after aligning with stakeholders and business case definition.
You'll be responsible for project initiation, which will include the identification of opportunities to develop service improvement projects in the area of SAP Basis and infrastructure.
You'll also be integral to the management of Demand Requests with the technical providers. You'll support internal customers from the IT team to formulate and process demand requests. You'll generate alignment with other internal IT stakeholders. You'll review and challenge provider proposals, aiming at cost/quality improvement and validate/reject proposals.
You'll also be responsible for supporting the operational aspects of the role, including infrastructure support and technical expertise (infrastructure/SAP Basis).
