Your Skills
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office Products and good understanding from Network-, UNIX/Linux-, Wintel- and Oracle-, or MySQL- Environments.
- Good oral and written communication skills English and German
- Skills scope estimation: to manage planning, time management, scheduling resource planning, resource management dependencies, and decision analysis skills presentation, communication, and negotiation skills experience in Project assignment leadership and team building capabilities conflict resolution, problem solving skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under stress
- Required Experience Must be able to demonstrate success and experience to solve issues as Problem owner
- Required Certification/Education Proof in one or several under required skills demanded abilities
Your Tasks
- Raises and leads the IMACD requests and the workgroup employees on mandate of the customers (ie plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the workgroup employees focused on target).
- Manages relationship to the customers in specific business stream
- In special cases acts as a problem owner, assembles workgroups and initiates a problem solving session
- Coordinates regularly customer requirements concerning timeline and priorities with the dispatcher
- Ensures an efficient request governance - roles and responsibilities
- Provides the timeline and updates it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
- Schedules in interaction with the Dispatcher and manages the requests according to the project management plan and ensures all relevant project deliveries during all phases
- Establishes a set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of request work products
- Ensures all necessary sign-offs according to the guidelines and performs all relevant reviews
- Is single point of contact (SPOC) for business stream
