Yoh has a contract opportunity for an IT INFRASTRUCTURE RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR to join our client in Creve Coeur, MO.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Global Infrastructure Staffing coordinates with hiring managers and the Temporary Labor Link (TLL) to acquire top contract labor resources in a timely manner. The accepted candidate will support hiring managers in viewing and screening sourced candidates through our vendor managed program.

This individual will be responsible for handling various talent acquisition initiatives including assisting with the day to day full life cycle recruiting, and supporting a broad based sourcing strategy, including delivering on a long term talent pipeline, reporting on key metrics, and establishing strong relationships within the Global Infrastructure organization.

This individual must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing the industry's best practices (sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment). The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with the TLL and GIS Leads to support recruiting strategies in alignment with staff augmentation needs of the business and leverage existing strategies.
- Administer day to day screening and interviewing efforts for individual contract positions while maintaining a focus on diversity outreach.
- Support the talent pipeline needed to meet current, near term, and long term organizational objectives.
- Maintain accuracy of key information and details regarding all GI staff (employees and contactors) for reporting and metrics purposes.
- Submission of weekly and monthly hiring reports in a timely fashion. Will report on key metrics pertaining to diversity percentages, cycle times, and status of requisitions.
- Revising and writing technical job descriptions.
- Coordinate training development and/or delivery
- Implement consistent hiring and on-boarding practices

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in full life cycle recruiting within an IT environment.
- Possess passion for the talent acquisition function with a focus on diversity.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Employment Law.
- Ability to source, screen, and interview large volumes of candidates for numerous openings.
- Strong influencing and networking skills.
- Strong agility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic and changing organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity of the recruiting function.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Familiarity with the Fieldglass Recruitment technology.
- Understanding of a vendor managed program.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in any IT Infrastructure role such as administering Servers, databases, network, web or client computing etc. or Application Development teams.
- Strong understanding and experience working in a Matrix environment.
- Experience with University recruiting.
- Understanding of Immigration Law.
- Experience navigating a large, complex organization.
