IT Infrastructure Project Manager (m/w) für Hamburg

Currently we are looking for one candidate who is able to cover the following permanent position:

Your tasks:

Establish and maintain relationships between newly acquired Eurofins businesses, startups, and IT Infrastructure

Manage projects delivering IT Infrastructure services to newly acquired Eurofins businesses, startups, and other internal customers
-

Explain IT Infrastructure services as per IT Service Catalogue, IT Service Cards, and Key Group Documents
-

Ask the right questions to fully understand customers’ requirements and baseline
-

Wherever existing IT services do not fit, liaise with solution owners in order to trigger Service Creation while adhering to and achieving standardisation
-

Participate in IT programs as proxy on behalf of IT Infrastructure
-

Maintain and optimize processes for IT Infrastructure services
-

Be the face IT Infrastructure towards the internal customers

Your profile:

-

Masters’ degree or CAPM (PMI®) or PMP (PMI®), alternatively other equivalent degree or certification
-

At least 2 years of experience as project manager in a large multinational company, with IT projects on several continents
-

In addition to very high communication skills in English and German, further communication skills in at least two of the following additional languages: French, Dutch, Spanish, or Polish
-

Familiarity with project management software
-

Quality awareness and service-centric approach
-

Solution-orientedness with self-initiative and out-of-the-box thinking

High level of engagement and Motivation
