IT Infrastructure Project Manager (French and English Speaking)

I'm currently searching for two IT Infra Project Manager to work in the centre of Brussels (5 mins from Central Station).
You must be able to work in FRENCH AND ENGLISH, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
The projects can be wide-ranging and diverse and you will be assigned to anything between 1-4 Projects at any given time.
Your Project Planning must be of high quality (following the WBS as an example), follow up is part of your DNA as is reporting to Steercos. You will be Prince2 or PI certified.
You will be client-minded and have the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders as well as Off-site vendors.
3 month rolling contracts but long-term projects so likelihood of many extensions is high!
