Job description
For one of our pharmaceutical partners in the region of Antwerp, we are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. Experience in the MEWA (Middel East and West Asia) region is nice to have for this role!
Responsibilities
- Manage global, regional and local infrastructure projects with varying levels of complexity
- Specify project requests, taking into account the IT guidelines and procedures
- Group, prioritize and optimize those requests
- Take responsibility for gathering project requirements, define/document solutions and associated cost pictures
- Responsible for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources needed, develop and execute project plans, and assign individual responsibilities
- Assist the business in developing risk mitigation strategies for changes
- Develop and maintain topology diagrams
- Track, schedule and manage issues to ensure IT commitment dates and project deliverables are met
- Deliver projects within requested timeframe and budget
Required Profile
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- Additional PMP or Prince 2 certification is a plus
- Experience with Infrastructure deployment - Experience in Infrastructure Integration as part of Acquisition projects is a plus
- Computer infrastructure operations or deployment background
- Technical writing skills to write/interpret documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, )
- Experience in environments subject to strong Compliance constraints (experience with Healthcare companies is a plus)
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work)
- Travel can occur occasionally but will be limited for short trips of max. 5 days
- Strong leadership skills and able to motivate teams is a must
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- English spoken and written, Dutch is a plus
