Ihre Aufgaben:

- The IT Infrastructure Regional Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining business in the regional laboraties in Wesseling, Ebersberg, Planegg, Reichenwalde. Main focus in the beginning will be Germany. The work will be done in collaboration with other IT teams and according to defined processes (e.g. Incident Management and Change Management).
- Directly responsible of operation of selected business critical applications of Eurofins mostly hosted outside EHAD (Eurofins High Availability Datacentre)
- Contact with local business unites to foster advance in their business
- Monitor the capacity and availability of IT Services
- Make sure that critical changes on IT Services are implemented in a smooth and controlled manner
- Ensure that IT Infrastructure Services are delivered effectively to customer
- Ensure that the defined processes (e.g. Incident Management and Change Management) are well applied and that new processes like Problem and Capacity Management are well introduced

Ihr Profil:

- M.Sc. or comparable education in IT
- Significant experience required as IT Administrator in a laboratory and responsible for IT Operations (min. 3 years)
- Background as IT System Administrator (Windows operating systems, VMware) required
- Fluent English
- Fluent German beneficiary
- Very good communication and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail and quality
- Certification ITIL Foundation V3 and Certification ITIL Intermediate or Lifecycle highly appreciated
