JOB ROLE:- DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Provide 24x7 Support and willing to work in shifts.

Provide on-call support on a need basis during weekends and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ROLE:

An IT Infrastructure Expert will have a broad range of experience across all facets of infrastructure engineering and will be highly proficient in the key disciplines. IT Infrastructure Experts will have expertise in the management and operation of IT hardware, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products. The IT Infrastructure Expert has clear views on solution delivery and provides technical leadership to influence and guide the infrastructure engineering teams and Senior IT Managers in the delivery of highly complex enterprise solutions.
