IT Infrastructure Business Analyst & Project Manager

For one of our client, we are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Business Analyst & Project Manager. You would support the GDPR program as sub-stream lead (Project Manager) and Business Analyst for IT infrastructure related topics (Backup, File Services, Email, SharePoint)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Support Group GDPR program as sub-stream lead (Project Manager) and Business Analyst for IT infrastructure related topics (Backup, File Services, Email, SharePoint)
- Describe technical solutions for above technologies and drive implementation together with SME's
- Define and implement a new user access control concept
- Define and implement new data structure
- Identify and coordinate with data owners required data and delete/migrate data to the new environment
- Description and implementation of new role concept into identity and access management tool (IIQ)
- Analysis of Services and email environment:
- Define and implement a new user access control concept o Identification of ownership of Shared Mailboxes
- Identify and coordinate with mailbox owners required mailboxes
- Description and implementation of new role concept into identity and access management tool (IIQ) Required skills
- Several years of IT infrastructure project management
- Implementation project experience in the finance industry
- Profound technical understanding of IT infrastructure
- Understanding of GDPR regulatory framework and what this means for unstructured data Hands on attitude
- Excellent coordination capabilities internally and with 3rd party providers and vendors
- FLUENT ENGLISH AND GERMAN SPOKEN/WRITTEN (C-LEVEL)
- Excellent stakeholder management on different managerial levels, on IT and business side
- Own initiative, self-starter qualities and persistency
- Analytical & structured thinking/working
- Excellent communicator and team player
