IT Infrastructure Business Analyst

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT Infrastructure Business Analyst. The role has a start date of ASAP, it is on a contract basis in Zürich for a period of 60 days with the possibility to extend for 3 to 6 months beyond this.

Your role:

- Support the GDPR program as a sub-stream lead (Project Manage) & Business Analyst for IT infrastructure related topics (Backup, File Services, Email, SharePoint).
- Describe technical solutions for above technologies & drive implementation together with SME's.
- Analyze file services:
- Define & implement new user access control concepts
- Define & implement new data structures
- Identify & coordinate with data owners required data & delete/migrate data to new environments
- Describe & implement new role concepts into an identity & access management tool.
- Analyze the email environment:
- Define & implement new user access control concepts
- Identify ownership of Shared Mailboxes
- Identify & coordinate with mailbox owners required mailboxes
- Describe & implement new role concepts into an identity & access management tool.

Your Skills:

- Several years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
- Implementation project experience within the finance industry
- Profound technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Good understanding of GDPR regulatory framework & what this means for unstructured data.

Your Profile:

- Excellent coordination skills both internally & with 3rd party providers & vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills on different managerial levels in both IT & business aspects.
- Analytical, structured, self-motivated, persistent & a hands-on attitude.
- Highly proficient communication skills & a team-player.
- Fluent English & German (spoken & written).
