For our client BNPPF, we are actively searching for an Incident Manager.
CONTEXT:
IT Servicing & Production/IT Incident & Service Improvement Management/IT Incident Management team.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
The IT Incident Manager Production monitors all incidents and is responsible for applying and respecting the incident process in order to ensure the resolution of (escalated) IT incidents on production environments within the best timeframe (service restore for business(es) and customers).
He/she coordinates the resolution of escalated incidents on a 7d/7 and 24h/24 basis, manages the reporting, coordinates the root cause analysis and proposes structural improvements where needed.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
French: Fluent
Dutch: Fluent
English: Fluent
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Experience Min. 3 years' experience in IT, incident management process (and other related ITIL processes) and its application in a service organization
Technical Experience
Mandatory General IT knowledge
Preferable ITIL processes
Business Experience
Preferable Knowledge of bank environment and services
