Yoh has a Fulltime- Contract, opportunity for an IT INCIDENT MANAGER to join our client in Santa Ana, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT Incident Manager will determine incident severity and impact on business services.
- IT Incident Manager will manage high priority incidents to ensure urgency of service restoration and recovery efforts.
- IT Incident Manager will coordinate and facilitate communication with technical staff, stakeholders and the business community throughout the incident.
- IT Incident Manager provides leadership and ensures all involved remain calm, productive and focused on the proper steps necessary to resolve incidents during high activity service impacting events.
- Facilitate conference bridges where appropriate.
- Escalate where appropriate.
- Documentation and management of incident details and chronology.
- Verification of resolution details.
- Conduct major incident reviews with lines of service.
- Prepare and distribute major incident reports within agreed timescales.
- Develop and maintain management information reporting as necessary.
- Update and maintain process documentation.
- Fosters a collaborative and team oriented work environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- IT Incident Manager with five (5+) years of experience, training, or equivalent combination and experience.
- IT Incident Manager with Extensive knowledge of hardware connectivity and systems supported including IT/Data center technology.
- Flexible person capable of multitasking within multiple technology environments.
- Experience with Service Desk tools; preferably Service-Now with relevant processes.
- Experience in a high volume service desk environment.
- Experience in high priority incident management.
- Ability to use initiative, prioritize work and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management and maintain good relationships with lines of business.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent and effective customer interactive skills as required for a service provider.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
