IT Implementation Lead HR (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Leading the IT delivery of a HR implementation project
- Implementing an entirely new portfolio of HR systems (Human Capital Management, Payroll, Benefits and Reward Management, Absence and Time Management, Learning and Development)
- De-coupling HR technology services from current provider
- Managing all aspects of new system implementation (solution selection, vendor interaction with regards to system configuration and customization, system integration, data migration, testing)
- Acting as the central IT contact for other IT project team members working on implementation activities
- Acting as central contact for selected IT software vendors for implementation and vendor governance aspects
- Close interaction with other project stakeholder (functional leads, technology leads from various IT competencies (architecture, integration, infrastructure, security) implementation service provider, HR IT teams
- Supporting the creation of a new run the bank IT team for HR solutions and the smooth hand over form project activities into this team
- Interacting with Programme Management and PMO teams with regards to project planning activities, status updates, risk and issue reviews

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience in delivery role of large / complex IT projects
- Subject matter expertise in specific domain areas such as Human Capital Management, Payroll, Rewards Management or Time management
- Experience in dealing with software vendors (including definition of SLAs, KPIs, IT outsourcing governance standards)
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud technologies as well as SaaS solutions
- Organized and motivated team player, with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Result-oriented with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and influencing skills
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office tools
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment consisting of geographically dispersed and highly matrixed teams
- Preferably experience in implementation projects of Workday and / or BEQOM and / or ADP (including system configuration, system integration, data migration)
