IT HR Project Manager
IT HR Project Manager for global Based Benchmarking and Compensation project
Lead implementation of GJFA Based Benchmarking including process design, definition and roll-out of global guidelines and design principles including implementation of Benchmarking SaaS solution and
integration in HR Core
Responsible for stakeholder alignment covering Group C&B, HRIT, Business Excellence, NBS, etc.
Manage and establish co-sourcing relationship with external co-sourcing partner including contracts
Manage team of functional and technical resources supporting the roll-outs of all countries in scope
Responsible for global template, functional design, test strategy, county roll-outs and localization approach
Managing integration with SAP OM, SAP PA, SAP Enterprise Compensation Management, SAP HCM P&F, SAP PY
Timeline-management and life cycle responsibility
Required skill set:
5+ year of experience in SAP OM, PA, PY, ECM, HCM P&F, ESS, MSS on EhP7
7+ years of experience in project management of global projects in international working environments
In-depth knowledge of relevant Total Rewards concepts (ie Market Pricing, Salary Surveys, Job Evaluation, Base Pay Structes, Inventive Programs, etc.)
Experience in integration of job frameworks with external benchmarking solutions and interfaces into existing base pay, STI, and LTI models
